Plenty of street parking too. Level 2 EV charger outlet is available in garage. PETS This property allows your fur babies to join your stay (max 2). The backyard is completely fenced in so they can have free range to roam. One large crate is provided in the garage and dog bowls for you to use. If crate is moved into the house please return crate into the garage upon checkout. Like anywhere else, please pick up after your pets. We do ask that all pets remain off the furniture to include beds and couches. If any damages result because of fur babies, guests will be charged accordingly so we can replace damaged items. Thank you in advance for following our guidelines. We want to keep this home fur baby-friendly for future guests. NO SMOKING POLICY We are a NON-SMOKING property and there is a fine for violation which is your entire deposit, plus any additional cleaning charges or repairs required to return the property to its original condition at check-in. There is a $50 fine for smoking materials found on the grounds after your stay. If you find them on the premises upon your arrival, let us know. LIABILITY WAIVER By making your reservation you and the other members of your party "THE GUESTS" agree to release "THE HOST" from all the liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries and personal property damage that may occur during your stay.
